I bought their pepper mill for the second time last week. I bought the first one about 10 yrs ago and sold it on ebay to buy a more expensive and fancier one. But kicked myself for doing so when I discovered all traditional mills out there required some sort of saucer underneath it to catch the crumbs. I have a tiny NY kitchen and I cook a lot for the family of three. It doesn’t help I own basically all appliances except deep fryer, which I threw out last year. I use them all regularly so getting rid of them is out of the question. Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | The Kitchen Cure is Coming! |

Love your post. I was looking for herbs other than Basil every time I stop by Union Sq farm market but I guess I'd have to wait for spring? I used to shy away from buying SteelCut oats because of the cooking time, but I guess you could use the rice cooker! Mine has a timer, so i will have that set to be cooked by the time I wake up. Thanks for the info! Apartment Therapy - Seasonal Recipe Spotlight: Oats |
