We loved these house numbers [these exact ones from Home Depot] and tried to install them, but the hardware they come with is terrible! The numbers were great, but when we tried to actually install them, the screws broke off -- leaving the rest of themselves lodged in our house. We returned them and the woman said there were lots and lots of these that got returned for the same reason. I love a deal, but in this case, we went online and bought slightly more expensive numbers with better hardware! Great Finds: Modern House Numbers on the Cheap |

Speaking of green cleaning and Mr. Clean magic erasers, there really aren't chemicals in those. I did some research once [because I figured what made them so magical and was also toxic] only to find out they are made of fiberglass! They are literally sanding the dirt/stain away.
