Loud arguing at all times of the day, 5 days out of the week. Seriously, they both get into pretty good. It only stops when he lets loose a primal roar that lasts for about a minute.

Kid (15ish) across the street rides his bike, with massive speaker on a wagon behind it, blasting techno on the weekends. I have called the cops on him once already (it was going on for well over an hour).
