I made dandelion wine one summer. It was the loveliest yellow I've ever seen. My recipe was a little different-you boiled only the flower heads then strained and put oranges lemons and golden raisins in a crock with yeast and sugar.It aged for about 3 weeks in a dark cool place, stirring everyother day. Then it was strained and bottled. Be sure to use CORKED bottles. I used some with screw tops and apparently the yeast wasn't done working. Only blew up 2 bottles!
