Also it would be great if shoppers would be patient with salespeople if the product you are looking for is sold out. I work at a popular women's store and customers are always getting testy with me if an item their wife or daughter saw in October is now sold out. I'll try my best to find it at another store for you, but sometimes things are just gone. Yelling at me won't get you that handbag if there are literally none left!

I love horses! When I was a child, my mother bought me a Breyer horse every time we went to visit my grandmother in Alabama. She played with them when she was little too, so it was fun for us to collect them together. This post has inspired me to find a cool way to display them in my home instead of keeping them in storage. Maybe on a shelf above a wide doorway?

Anywho, thank you all so much for your advice! It was super helpful. We ultimately decided not to take the apartment. I forgot to mention in my question that the neighbor said he would sometimes lay in the little car park area in the back for hours and for no apparent reason. My roommate and I are both girls in our early twenties with very different schedules, and we just don't feel safe coming home alone or late at night with a creepy man lurking around. Even if the neighbor is exaggerating, we both feel that we would spend all year worrying about our safety now that it's out there. So, our search continues!
