Over the summer, I decided to fill a large empty space in our office with what I envisioned as a long, built-in, padded bench. I wanted to make it tall enough so that our small dogs couldn't jump on it. The result was this strange, table height... thing. We affectionately referred to it as my husband's "musing platform" for lack of a better definition. Before picture.
