I made this yesterday...excellent! I didn't have meyer lemons so used 2 regular (I like it very lemony). I also added scallions. I think I would add italian parsley next time for color and flavor. Recipe: Meyer Lemon Grain Salad with Asparagus, Almonds and Goat Cheese |
