I also love Dutch Babies, and can't wait to try this variation! We have a large family (7) and have a Sunday brunch with friends tradition, so I not only use my cast iron skillet, but a cast iron pot and a enameled 9x13 pan. The Babies work out well in all three!
OK - now I can't wait for next Sunday!

I love bath schemes that are fresh and bright, and green certainly does the trick!

If anyone is into introducing a "global" touch of green to their space, they may want to check out linens from Saffron Marigold (high quality, fair trade Indian textiles).

I totally agree that this color works best as an accent color, and it really doesn't have to Barbie Dreamhouse-ish. (That analogy seems to pop up a lot!). There are some great examples of this out there in ethnic and global fabrics, and when used along with rustic and natural pieces, it can be quite nice.
