I love avocado in anything! I scramble eggs with avocado, cherry tomatoes, smoked salmon and spinach! Oh, and then I top it off with a little goat cheese. Yummmmmmm Yes, Adding Avocado to Scrambled Eggs Is a Very Good Idea |

I like to just sautee some veggies in olive oil, maybe add some chicken sausage or smoked salmon, and mix it in with my quinoa when its done. I drizzle more olive oil and salt and pepper and dinner is done! How Can I Get More Quinoa in My Diet? Good Questions |

I recently made a lazy version of this: I simply heated some freshly ground almond butter from Whole Foods with A LOT of dark chocolate chips in a saucepan. Was soooooo yummy.
