This sounds yummy but I'm a bit concerned about the "generous pour of milk." I'll be making the frittata for a pot luck and want it to come out well. Can anyone be more specific on the amount of milk to use? Thanks.
P.S. I'm going to make one with chard and cooked diced potatoes.
