LOVE this recipe. Tried it months ago using canned chickpeas and it turned out great. Might make again and soak dry chickpeas this time to see if I notice a difference.

Right now, the most I do is put up a Christmas wreath in December. Sometime's I'll go all out and buy a fall or winter scented candle, haha. Until we buy a house and are the hosts for holiday get-togethers, I'm keeping the decor to a minimum. Cute plates.

Does anyone know where I can find the rug in the photo? I am obsessed with houndstooth and have been searching for one like this.

Just yesterday I noticed that Lowe's (and probably Home Depot) sells thin solid color carpet floor tiles that can be special ordered. They are more affordable than the Flor brand. As Betsy said, check Flor's clearance tiles.

If you have a downspout to a rain gutter, you could put a magnetic Hide-A-Key just inside within arms reach, or tape one underneath any lawn furniture you might have in a back yard. It is probably best to not hide one in such a place that people can see you retrieve it.

Aren't the beds in the first photo just canopied beds, not daybeds? I thought daybeds were usually placed lengthwise . These obviously have headboards at the head.

I like what they did. I'm also thinking about how neat it would be if there was a hinged bookshelf (hidden door) between the old closet and new closet. More storage and a secret room. I've always wanted one of those.

The third photo of the green and white floor is actually herringbone. Chevron places the planks/tiles on a diagonal and they meet at a center line. Herringbone is placed on the diagonal, but are interlaced. I love both.
