Growing up my Grandmother used to make a real simple brisket dish with just a brisket, beef gravy and tons of onion. Served over buttered egg noodles, there was no comparison. My wife and I make it on cold Sundays and it always brings back childhood memories. I can't wait to start making it for my own children (my wife is due in May)!
