We found a great website to design a custom lampshade for a hanging plug in lamp- it was fun to do, the customer service was great, and it's a really well made shade that we totally love. Ideas for Plug-In Ceiling Fixtures for a Kid's Room Good Questions |

I own the original Kapla Blocks in mass quantity and love them. A far superior quality wood and production to other knockoffs. Keva is a decent second choice though- not quite as hefty as Kapla but still substantial weight, and also made in the US. Citiblocs |

Friends of ours just bought the same Pottery Barn dollhouse. Very cute for the style (we have a Nova Naturals unfinished one and love it), but be aware that the corners on all of the windows and outer trim can be VERY sharp. Our children had multiple scrapes on their arms from the window trim edges, which ended up having to be filed down and re-touched up with paint.
