I just made these and they turned out really well - nice texture, great flavor. (FYI they didn't need baking as long as recipe called for for me.) Heartily recommend. Recipe: Cheddar and Leek Muffins |

We were a little confused by this recipe - since when do chicken parts come in 3's? And, how is 1 lemon enough? And, how exactly is a cinnamon stick supposed to impart its flavor here? Answer: it doesn't, so use ground cinnamon. We used 2 chickens (for 6 people), a lot more lemons (10 small ones, prob didn't that many, but definitely more than 1!), used 50% more spices, and marinated the chicken. It turned out well but again, zero cinnamon flavor, which probably would have been nice. Recipe: Baked Chicken with Artichokes, Cinnamon, and Preserved Lemons |

Made this and it was totally bland...not quite sure what would have made it better - garlic maybe? But then you might as well make tzatziki. Recipe: Zucchini, Mint and Yogurt Spread |
