According to my Google search, January is Bathroom SAFETY month and not Bathroom month. Either way, who is creating these observances? Product manufacturers? I can understand a device to hold multiple tissue rolls, but I canNOT understand a single designer toilet paper holder that requires extra work (per last week's AT conference posting). And to also have a trade conference among adults on this holder? Huh? :-)

Why does the world need a Jonathan Adler or any other designer toilet paper cover? Honestly. One more thing to do in our busy lives. If nobody likes to change out the empty toilet roll, why are we suddenly going to like putting a fresh roll into the decorative holder, then taking it out to use it and then putting a replacement roll in?

this is the WORST place to do business. phone service is horrible -- phones are answered by young girls who have no power, no resources, no people / sales skills. they tell you the tile is in stock. they promise to call back with the price. they never call. you schlepp an hour to get there and the tile is NOT in stock. you wait at least half an hour before you get any service. you order the tile and they tell you it will be in several days later at 3pm and they will call. they never call. you call the next day to find the order was never shipped. they can't do anything about it b/c the salesman is out for half the day. the experience just get worse and worse. it's quite unbelievable that anybody can stay in business at this rate. go somewhere else. it's not worth the stress b/c i promise you, they WILL rile you up.
