We just made this last night and it was a HUGE hit! My husband actually made a double batch of dough and we picked up more traditional pizza ingredients in case this didn't work out, but we never did make the second pizza. We just made this tonight and I loved it, and even more surprisingly, my husband loved it too! We made several extra corn on the cob the night before and sliced off the kernels to put in this salad. Before I saw your comment about "easy on the eye," I was about to recommend 1 gallon Ball canning jars, but now that I think about it, one might think they are pleasing on the eye depending on your preference. I just found six on Craigslist for $3! After a long time searching for the perfect flour container that didn't break the bank, I was so excited to find something so cheap that really says home to me...not that if I had fancier ones I wouldn't use them! I really wish the Kitchn would have these types of "roundups" in a section on the recipe page or somewhere else so we could quickly find them. I'm really thinking of the "Best of" pages that you ran with the best of 2010...those were awesome and I'd love to have quick access to them in the same way that we have access to the "past events."
