The jersey sheets are like butter! And, in that fall transition to winter, it's a nice transition from the cold woven cotten sheets of summer. I have a couple of sets of the 100% modals and just went shopping for a new set (craving a new color) and discovered the set available in my store is the 70/30 modal/cotton mix. Will have to see if I'm disappointed. The hand is a bit firmer compared to the super soft 100% modal. One tip I remember from caring for flannel sheets - don't use fabric softener. It's very purpose is to break down fibers which causes the pilling.
