I vote for tearing it out.

I wouldn't bother with reupholstery. If it's not too broken down, you could look into slipcovers. But I wouldn't spend a lot on it.

I've always packed plates this way when moving (several times), and never had one broken.

Taco salad: tortilla chips, grated cheese, meat, black beans, rice, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, etc. Always a hit.

What are "legacy" closets?

It doesn't matter how well you try to contain or clean up glitter; one little speck will surely find its way to your face.

I've bought a lot of second-hand furniture. After the sniff test, I pick up a corner of the piece. If it's heavy, that's usually a good sign. If it flexes, not good. On sofas and chairs, try wiggling the arms. If they're solid, good. If not, I usually move on. The only time I forgot to sniff test, I brought a sofa home that had been in a smoker's home. I tried everything I knew to do; finally gave it to my son for his garage hang-out.

I think it's the pants. I can't imagine what kind of body would look good in those pants.

My husband and I really like our Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Covers. I'm using it right now. Keeps the tablet at the right angle. I don't know if I'd like it for real typing, but it works fine for "hunt and peck".

I'm always interested to see master baths being remodeled without a giant tub. I did it recently, and I'm so glad I did. We really use the space now!
