I'm remodeling my kitchen in January and the accent color will be this shade of red. Really, what better accessory?

I know they're not all eye candy, though, and I have a recipe for tomato, wine and beef that is supposed to be fall apart, fall in love delicious. I've been fudging it in the cookware I own, but I am definitely short a Dutch oven and I think it would put this dish over the top.
