@gray lady and other cat people. My cats are also the type that love to come cuddle when the alarms goes off. And then stay there when I do manage to get up and take a shower. To still be able to make the bed, I clang their food bowls to tell them it is breakfast time, they come running, I put the food down, then scurry back to the bed to make it before they get back on it. Works for my kitty-filled house :) Make Your Bed! For Productivity, Profit and Peace |

Like the others said, adding a dairy, especially if it has some fat, will help make the spiciness more tolerable without just watering it down. Potatoes and quinoa are especially good at soaking up spice. How Can I Tone Down a Too-Spicy Dish? Good Questions |

I live in those condos! I had a great time decorating in there, I used all kinds of nifty colors and small space ideas that I gathered from here. Valerie's Atlanta Loft House Call |

Here is my plan of attack with 3 cats - 2 of them super shedders, although I admit there is still a *lot* of fur around my house and on my clothes. First off - furminate! That thing really does work. Just get the right one for your pet's fur, there are different styles, and yes, it matters. Haven't tried it on a terrier style coat yet though. Then I have a roomba that I run as often as possible. The Roomba can't cope with deep cleaning my rugs but it does get the surface dirt and fur and does a pretty good job at taming the tumble-fur. For the fur that does get on fabric, I use the Pledge fabric sweeper. We were also annoyed that it was single use, so if you are careful, you can break the little tabs that hold the container part to the rest of it. Then it snaps back on and you can dump it out a few times at least before it starts not snapping back together. Coping With The Spring Shed in a Small Place | Apartment Therapy Los Angeles |

I love the transformation - very well done! I'm curious where you got the tree shower curtain from before as it would be great in my bathroom. Kim's Fabulous (Temporary) Bathroom Makeover Desire to Inspire | Apartment Therapy San Francisco |

My current place as well as my past place both had walls with similar colors. Both had lime green walls that I love for the kitchen. My new place also has a yellow entry way with some orange accents. Trying to describe it to someone, I finally likened it to a mango - the yellowy and greenish skin with the richer orangish flesh on the inside. Yep, that pretty much describes my house Farmers' Market Inspiration: Citrus on the Walls | Apartment Therapy San Francisco |

A bunny would be adorable, but please PLEASE read this article about bunnies: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/g/a/2009/07/21/petscol072109.DTL which references this site http://www.rabbit.org/ about how to live with bunnies. They can be litter box trained just as a cat and can be taught not to chew on things you don't want chewed on like a dog. It just takes a little know-how. Then you'll just have to read all the posts on here about how to handle litter boxes! Apartment Therapy San Francisco | Will a Bunny and My House-Pride Clash? Good Questions |

One thing that I saw this past weekend and actually commented on to my friends is something I saw at a Chili's (of all places). They had wide wood flooring with the planks offset so it didn't form a perfect rectangle and I thought if you need a drop ceiling, that'd be a neat way to go. Animal rescues and shelters would LOVE to have carpet remnants, especially those samples that have completed edges. They are particularly useful in cat cages, so if you have any cat specific rescues in the area, they would love them. Apartment Therapy New York | Good Question: Where to Donate Carpet? |

Other than just enjoying mangos by themselves, I really like mango and peach salsa. Ripe mangos, ripe peaches, and some good peppers, very good. Apartment Therapy The Kitchn | Thursday Giveaway: Mangos! |

I'm still looking to find my perfect tea. So far the one I like best is a black tea with some dried orange bits and cloves - I can't remember the name right now. But after all the mentions of peppermint tea in here, I think I'm going to have to try that kind as well... Tough choices but I think since I live in a small loft in Atlanta with no real grill, I'd most look forward to using the grill pan. I'd probably grill steak. Or salmon or tuna... Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Holiday Gift Bag 2007: Win a Le Creuset 6-Piece Set in Caribbean |

Hmm, I could make a pot roast with carrots and potatoes or mom's special chili or even my new favorite, chile verde. I'd probably make cornbread with all of those. Apartment Therapy The Kitchen | Holiday Gift Bag 2007: Win a Le Creuset 5-Piece Set |
