Like the white european "cheap" hotel look myself. Would have picked other floor as it seems more traditional with the brown. Have a pink bathroom now that i live with and like but my heart is minimalistic and one day it will go no matter how many people love the before. One life and i will live it my way! Enjoy your redo.

dogs in sink, Yikes. If I would be over for dinner I would not be able to stop thinking that my food was prepared in a dog bath. Even if cleaned, the mental thought.
Would not like to eat of a plate that is used to feed the dog either, and you can wash that too.

I loved the originality of the loft. The combination of "rustic" in such a modern space.
The only thing I notice was the duvet...no cover? Or just in laundry?

You can also put template of your hous number on lexan and spray paint over with border or other extras. Remove template and border cover and you will not even have to buy numbers. Then spray the numbers with frost paint or whatever color you want.

People with inferiority complex should refrain from commenting. Criticism only interesting if other people can learn from it, just saying it needs vacuuming...I think they know that already if they just had a party.

For cheap duvet covers...I buy two set of sheets and sew the flat sheet together, size of duvet cover and I will have two fitted sheets and pillow cases. Can sew sheets of different color together two, look fun when turned open halfway.
Unless you buy Ikea who has cheap duvet covers...but sometimes the fabric is not soft enough for me.

people want to see themselves moving in without having to rip it out from day one, doable but not a turn off till they will put there stamp on the place. I like the mirrors, something new and too modern makes all the rest look all that more dated.

First month on new job my alarm clock did not go off and I arrived more than hour late...I got this alarm clock from friends..it is called "clocky" and it makes the most annoying sound, if you want it will even jump of your nightstand and you will have to chase it to make it stop screeching..but boy is it affective, never been late and I do not snooze....for you out there that needs a real alarm..check it out

Would also like to know what tiles or rocks that are used on the gas fireplace? Also tile in bathroom. Wish we had more foto's to look at.
Very nice house and tastefuly decorated. Love the red wall. Please post the sources of tiles....
