I think we live in the same building. We have identical moulding, border in the hardwood floors, ancient wire tacked to the floor moulding taht we had to paint, and pipe in the kitchen. i did a double take because we have our living room painted the exact same color as you with the trim highlighted white. we love astoria!!!
