Really?! Remodeling that kitchen? Was the wrong photo uploaded?! Seems like it isn't necessary. It's a beautiful kitchen, I would personally get rid of some of the detail work but it is still an amazing kitchen, I think... Can Slate Countertop Have New Life as Outdoor Dining Table? Good Questions |

I LOVE orange! Though, I think my love of the color is due to an emotional tie to it. I recently purchased my first house and painted the front door orange. Now I find comfort in orange and its a reminder of the house my partner and I (and two adorable Boston Terriers) made into a home. I realized that I slowly began loving this color. This love of orange has spilled into my wardrobe, mostly as accents like a tie or some orange Onitsuka Tigers. I'm in nursing school and I couldn't wait to get an orange stethoscope. IN the after photo the cabinet was actually made bigger, in order to hide some of electric boxes or whatever they are. As a homeowner, it's often these small changes that make a big difference. I am getting close to tackling the small things in my house that bother me. I think it's great, and looks much nicer. It certainly isn't a super dramatic reveal but it is still great! So, you chose to rent this great place. Knowing it didn't have a tub, deal with it. Any landlord would be horrified with some of these suggestions. If a tub really make that much of a difference, rent another home. Temporary Tub Options for Rental? Good Questions |

hmm... I like all the elements of the bathroom but not all together. It looks sterile, reminds me of a gym shower. The flooring doesn't seem to match the rest of the space. The biggest issue though is it lacks any personality or soul, but this can be easily addressed. I don't want to sound to negative as I often read critical comments in disgust but I'm treading lightly. Before & After: A Bathroom Goes From Pinky Peach to Sleek and Chic |

what if you placed some painted MDF or other type of board over the slats? That way there would be a uniform surface underneath the mattress. I think it would still look great, don't pass it up. Full Mattress in Queen Frame? Good Questions |

I wanted the same look. I ended up purchasing the this n that sectional from Macy's. It has overwhelmingly positive reviews and we bought a 4 piece modular sofa for about 1200(with a year no interest). It is a microfiber that is very thick and durable with a herringbone pattern(not the usual microfiber that feels"furry"). We have owned it for over a year and it still looks great!
