Hopefully no one will throw things at me, but we actually ended up getting the home that got away (the first time we offered on it, anyway). We saw the house, fell in love, made our offer... and got outbid. But the house never sold and the sellers didn't come back to the lower offers. We kept looking and making offers, but I kept my eye out, as did our real estate agent, and lo and behold they re-listed it a few months later at our offer price (the jerks). We made a new, higher offer and second time was a charm. We're still there over 10 years later. Sometimes dreams do come true!

Why buy towels for cleaning? Just use worn out ones... you can cut them into smaller pieces if they're too big! I also like old t-shirts.

Do you have a freecycle group in your area? If so, you can list something and ask interested folks to pick it up from you. It's awesome!

Well, it's all freakin' adorable... but, I'd have to pick the London tote. If I can instill a love for travel in my nephew, then my work here will be done! Can't wait until he's old enough to go on trips with his aunt and uncle!

Reading through the comments, it's funny to see how many of us wanted to be ballerinas! Me too!!! My dad used to take me to see ballet and I'd come home twirling around.

Hoping to remodel our somewhat small, very outdated kitchen into a much more useable space. A green remodel is a top priority for us, so this book would surely inspire and propel us forward!
