I made this and it was tasty -- added some white miso paste for extra flavor. One thing I would recommend is if you use regular rice (I didn't have the Chinese sticky rice), cook it for less. I use white jasmine rice that I had on hand and cooked it for the recommended time. The rice was really mushy. It was all very tasty, but the texture was a bit un appealing. That is so funny to me to see this post. I have a bad snacking habit due to restlessness. Plus I work from home, so this makes it worse because I have my whole cupboard available. To curb the need to snack, I've been making myself herbal tea. I keep a whole variety of teas, and have no favorites in particular -- but usually spicy chai is the one I reach for.
