I made this with spinach instead of kale and it was delicious. Next time I think I'll use more eggs and less cheese because right now it just seems like way too much cheese. Also, you really don't need any extra salt since the Parmesan is salty.

I grew up in a home where the nicest, brightest, most pleasant space in the house was "off limits" because it was decorated too expensively for us to be able to use it on a regular basis. What a waste!

I was having problems with the pictures yesterday, but now it seems to have been fixed. Unfortunately it was looking better in my imagination before I actually saw it. I think I just really don't like that fabric choice.

My husband leaves dirty dishes in the sink, a pile of shoes by the front door, jackets on the backs of chairs, junk mail piled on his desk, and dirty laundry on the floor. But he also paints the walls any color I want, fixes the roof, cleans the gutters, adds new electric outlets where I want them, and helps me with all my DIY projects that I start with confidence and then realize I'm in over my head.

I fell in love the the Standard Grill's penny floor months ago and have been slowly gathering pennies every since. I need about $200 of them to do my kitchen floor... That's 400 rolls! I get very strange looks when I go to my bank and ask for just 20 rolls, so it's taking a long time. So when I saw those boxes of $25 of pennies I immediately wanted to know where those can be found. Does anyone know?
