I've cooked this last night and it was d e l i c i o u s!! As i did the whole recipe i took some for todays lunch and will freeze the rest into portions. During the week, i have an apple every morning during the coffee break at work. That is all i need until lunch. On weekends though i get up later and prepare a more elaborate breakfast : freshly squeezed orange juice, a "tresse", (sorry i have no idea how to translate that, but it's kind of a sunday-breakfast-bread), some (homemade by friends ) jam or marmelade, a big cup of café au lait and, most important: no stress ! When i remodeled my kitchen two years ago, i had nothing left but the fridge... I've set up my water-cooker and breakfast supplies in the living room, and left just a minimum of dishes unpacked. My neighbours (they are all fabulous!!) offered me to cook / warm something in their kitchens, gave me their appartment keys while on business-travel, etc. This was over a period of 5 weeks, and of course even if it is not comfortable, you have to improvise a lot, but once the new kitchen finished, i was sooo happy , cooked ( and still do ) a lot more than ever in my life and actually spend most of my time in the kitchen (i have a comfy bench ). I went to the National Portrait Gallery last sunday on my weekend-trip to London. Currently they have an exhibition "Beatles to Bowie", photos of british musicians / groups of the 60's and early seventies, which i highly recommend ! They feature also an small exhibit of Twiggy's life in pictures ( this one is admission free, as most of the gallery ). Unfortunately, i cannot tell the exact origin of the light fixture. I bought it from a restaurant where i've seen it as part of the decoration. I left my phone number to the waiter and the owner called me back a bit later to tell me that he still had two of these fixtures and that i could buy them if i want... As for the for some of the commenters "unfinished" aspect, this room is finished, i like it the way it is and it is just how i wanted it to be: a calm environment to sleep with no districtions except for some artwork, that i love.
