I love the painted brick, the room looks modern and cozy, BUT... I just hate to see a flat screen over the fireplace. I get it, our living rooms are centered around the tv, but it's tragic to see that instead of a great mirror or painting. Before & After: Molly's Family Room Fireplace Makeover |

Impossible to name a favorite! It also depends on the season, and the place. Oysters on the half shell with a petit blanc in Ile de Re, Magret du canard in Bergerac, tagine chez Omar, Fondant a la cafe de l'industrie.....Oh my goodness, I'm getting all emotional.
