I made the cupcake-stuffed strawberries and brought them to work on my bday a couple weeks ago. I used chocolate cake/frosting and melted choc chips to dip them in though. Very messy and fiddly but ultimately delish :) Papaya-Mango Yogurt & Cupcake-Stuffed Strawberries Delicious links for 05.26.2011 |

When I worked in a posh pub in the UK, we made a dessert called Flummery which was pretty much whipped cream/yogurt, raspberries and muscovado sugar with an amaretto biscuit at the bottom. It remains my favourite dessert in the summertime and is usually a showstopper when I bring it for treat day at work. What's the Difference? Muscovado, Demerara, & Turbinado |

Just made this last night/today. Oh my gosh it's delicious! The *only* suggestion I'd have if you're using an electric ice cream maker is that you have to let the mixture chill thoroughly. The recipe says to let it come to room temp so I did, and when I put it in my machine, I still had ice cream soup after 40 minutes. Recipe: Coffee Ice Cream with Hot Fudge Sauce |

I used to work in a pub/B&B in England and we ladled a bechemel over avocado halves stuffed with crab meat, garnished with some Parmesan cheese and then baked for a few minutes under a broiler to brown the cheese a bit. Fast easy appetizer, and very popular. Soup to Soufflé: 6 Ways to Use Béchamel |
