snap a lot...on you digital camera...you never know what you're going to miss in one quick second. throw any frozen steak...in a heavy ziploc bag. Pour a zesty italian salad dressing, 2 cloves of fresh crushed garlic, some salt and pepper...and marinade. Place bag with frozen steak and marinade in fridge overnight. Once almost thawed, remove from bag, but save marinade. Cut steak into thin stris and cook in hot pan, with marinade added to steak as it is cooking. Put a few pats of butter on steak. Turn once...till it's cooked just how you like it.
