@emmeleau: even if your pressure cooker doesn't have a quick release dial, you can run your pressure cooker under the tap--cold running water--and the pressure will drop within seconds. This is my method. Do You Use a Pressure Cooker? If So, What Do You Like to Cook in It? |

I do like the Meyer's line (I use the all-purpose cleaner for just about everything), but have to warn people that it isn't grey-water system safe!
