I love the use of busts as added color elements. The Hotel Palomar in Philadelphia does this very well with colorful busts of Ben Franklin.

MERA and LEX2190- The color is a custom mix by Dunn-Edwards. I carried around paint chips for weeks trying to find the right color. :) I can give you the formula when I get home though!
