I continue to see references to a "thermostat", but I don't see any thermostat on the unit. Is there one, or do you have to purchase one separately? Envi High-Efficiency Electric Panel Heater Unplggd Test Lab |

All I had to do was look at how this rod worked and knew I had to have one for my narrow bathroom. I installed it with no difficulty at all, and it now gives me additional room next to my commode when the rod isn't in use. The design and look are both extraordinarily nice. My wife loves it as well. I would suggest if those whose shower curtain in too close to the toilet to merely slide the curtain to the end away from the commode. I think also that the device to move the rod back and forth is very clever. By the way, Amazon.com sells Ms. Colleen's rod too. It's just another way to market a very creative product. Everyone who sees this rod is impressed with its design. I even had a contractor tell me he was going to use it when he ran across a bathroom remodeling job that was narrower than normal. He said it would make him look like a genius. I love this rod and its owner-designer is to be commended for its flexibility. Rotator Rod by Colleen O'Connell Design Showcase 2010 |
