Oh man what a great post! The white completely transforms everything and makes the room feel clean. I love when there is such a disparity between the before and after.

This is great advice. I have done this so many times. Most recently, I spent over $500 and about 5 months on some "DIY" curtains out of this beautiful diaphanous fabric that I ended up having to have professionally made. It is more fun to just jump straight into projects, but I think I have finally learned to PLAN.

@mdanger - i have made doggie treats before with frosting made of banana, carob, flour, and butter.

does this "bathroom recycle system" actually recycle water? it would be nice if that was discussed.

also, it looks like heat + pressure loss would be an issue here. what a fancy and modern way to waste energy!
