No Robert, you're not. The prevailing medical theory on SAD is that it's caused by Vitamin D deficiency (although this isn't exactly a bulletproof theory either). A small dose of either sunlight (an hour a week maybe) or Vitamin D supplements is much cheaper than this hocus pocus.

I just don't see how Windows 8 is going to sell in businesses. Win7 is basically a perfect desktop productivity OS. I could almost see businesses choosing Ubuntu11 over Win8.

Honestly, if well-maintained, this is more appealing than spending $100+ for a hotel room you're going to spend not a lot of time at. More privacy, less area to scatter and lose your possessions in, clearly better for the environment.

It'd be a pretty good investment to rent some warehouse/loft office space and set up a ton of these.
