I have never been a huge chili fan, but I recently made a batch of turkey pumpkin chili - amazing! If you are like me and never crave chili, do yourself a favor and try this surprisingly good take on turkey chili. Also, jalapeno cornbread was the perfect compliment to this dish. I made a similar recipe this summer and have been craving it ever sense! I ate mine just as I would a regular burger (with my hands). Of course it got a bit messy, but that's the beauty of burgers. I call them "Inverted Veggie Burgers." The recipe I used was adapted from 101 Cookbooks found at http://natsknack.wordpress.com/2011/07/22/inverted-veggie-burgers/ Try This: Flip Your Veggie Burger Inside Out 101 Cookbooks |

I always have a good craving for Dhal - Indian lentil soup. I recently tried my hand at a quick and easy recipe for Dal with Spinach. It seemed to be a winner with family members! Delicious, fresh and a great freezer option :) Recipe at Creative Ideas for Cooking Lentils? Good Questions |

It makes me happy to see delicious red craw-dads on thekithn.com. I am originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and also posted a mini photo series on "how-to boil crawfish" on my blog at http://natsknack.blogspot.com/2010/04/laissez-les-bons-temps-rouler.html Get Messy! 5 Tips for Hosting a Crawfish Boil |

These cookies look delicious and are very similar to a recipe I tried earlier this Fall. I made a couple variations including: drizzled peanut butter and chocolate chips in separate batches. http://natsknack.blogspot.com/2010/11/berry-stella-cookies.html Cookie Recipe: Life-Changing Vegan Thumbprints |
