My Mom passed away this summer, and we had a number of her old clothes (shirts, sweaters etc...) re-purposed into quilts for the kids and grandkids.

The woman who made them did a brilliant job; they are beautiful, bright and modern looking. And we get the wonderful added bonus of feeling a connection to Mom everytime we use them!

I know she would be delighted to see her things put to such good use...

FYI...I did use the picture from above on my phone to check colors, but agree printing it out makes more sense :)
