Absolutely Exquisite!

I absolutely love this light-filled living space. It is luscious with lively color and textures, non of which overwhelm the visual palate. The balance of playful light, white walls, red brick, a variety of woods, green plants all weave a dreamy space for living life. Big congrats to Neeza & Pierre for their excellent taste and creativity.

I love this home! The bathroom with the two sinks is particularly charming.

EXQUISITE beyond written description. This is a home that one "feels" to the core. Kathleen deserves colossal kudos for a job well, thoughtfully and tastefully done. Having grown up in Brooklyn, I always suspected those old carriage houses had prestigious possibilities, and Kathleen has proven that way beyond my best expectations.

As an acknowledged and shameless voyeur of neighborhood interiors, I have spent many years admiring and collecting ideas from how others live in their spaces. As an artist, I have taken pieces of what I have seen and created what I call "archiscapes." Just as a portrait requires careful examination beyond the facade of the face, my archiscapes require careful examination of city homes beyond their facades. When I lived in San Francisco, it was a true visual feast as many home owners left their bay windows completely undressed with a light on so the passerby could enjoy the view unobstructed. I'm ALL for taking peeks... short or long.

What I love about this home is the family who lives and loves in it. Their caring connection to each other exudes through every room. Although the design of the home is aesthetically pleasing, it is apparent that it is born out of the needs, creativity and comfort of a family where each member and their relationship to each other is carefully considered and encouraged. I WANT TO KNOW THESE PEOPLE! They are wonderful!

WOW! It's amazing what you can do with very little space. These living quarters rival the most lavish homes in design, materials and maximum utilization of space. Kudos to you!

I have no desire to live in LA, but if I could live in this exquisite loft, I would change that desire ASAP! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Every inch of it. Daniel, you are oozing with talent and you know what to do with it.

I LOVE THIS HOUSE! Every nook and corner is gloriously filled with warm colored surprise. The vintage bones of the home lends itself perfectly to the creative lifestyle of the dwellers and is just my style and speed. I love the window wrapped bedroom and the light filtering in here there and everywhere throughout the house. The staircases are dreamy. The kitchen is delicious with its green accent walls. I'm in love with this house. I'd love to visit and feel it embrace me with its delicately arranged tumble of color and texture. Congratulations to Annette, Gustavo & Lola for creating a most amazing and welcoming home environment that's a real keeper.

This home is truly a work of art. Every corner and every surface has been appointed thoughtfully and creatively while maintaining and enhancing visual space. This is true living art. I love it!
