You don't need salt with iodine added if you use salt that hasn't had it removed in the first place. Morton's, among others, bleach their salt, and then replace the naturally occurring nutrients artificially. Kosher salt does not have the iodine removed and thus does not need to be "iodized." I love Rieslings! My favorite (cheap cheap cheap, as I am a college student) bottle is Schmitt Sohne, around $9. If someone else is buying, a good Australian Riesling is nice as well, with some goat's milk brie. MMMMmmmmm. Who Loves German Riesling Wines? |
