So adorable! My set of twins will be two August 15th. Aren't twins just awesome!?

This is one of my favorite rooms ever! I love the summer-y color scheme and the wee little details. The quilt is wonderful. My favorite is the bird mobile and the mobile above the changing table. Darling! My daughter's room is a walk in closet off of our room and we used a very similar paint color to open up the space and make it look larger.

I agree with a few of the comments above. I think these are just silly. Something meant to save lives shouldn't have to look like a piece of art, it just has to do it's job and save lives.

I used to do this as a kid with toothpicks instead of popsicle sticks. Definitely a fun activity that I'd like to do with my kids now but also definitely an outside activity!

What an awesome idea! I would love a few of these, my kids (even my 4 year old) are always eating those squeezable fruit blends on the go and on long car rides.

Isn't that a bit unsafe for the little ones if not anchored to the wall? It's cute and those quilts are stunning but I'm not sure I'd be one to do this.

This a cool idea. I have seen tables like these for multiples but never knew anyone with one. We have 1 year old twins but we personally like the highchairs. All four of our kids are in highchairs and we just have their chairs leveled with the dinner table and pulled right up to it. We have never used trays and it never posed as an annoyance. This definitely was a good idea though.

Our daughter is much to young to have a tea party but I love the Green Toys Tea Set. A cute set and a reasonable price. I may actually buy it now for Christmas and until our daughter is old enough to play with it, I am sure our boys won't have a problem playing tea party!

We love oatmeal from the crockpot! I will have to look at the other recipes though. I love to experiment with new foods to try and expand what they eat already. Our kids love breakfast in bed (and so do we) but we don't do it often, they make too much of a mess so this post is great!

Our kids like to eat just frozen peas out of the bag. That's like a daily snack around here. Our freezer is packed full of bags of frozen peas, lol!

What a cute idea! And I love the idea of asking for the books. We did that with each of our kids and had friends and family help build their very own little 'libraries'. We now have a very large selection of books in our playroom and the kids love to be read to and are interested in learning to read!

The only toys I have for my kids are wooden or fabric. We made it clear to family and friends when I had our first son a week before Christmas that we too had little room for large, cumbersome toys. Luckily everyone got the message and gave our son some nice, nonplastic toys. The good thing is, some can be pricey so your kids don't get piles of toys. My family has been good about not getting plastic toys in the three years we have had kids. We have gotten a few plastic toys here and there but we usually just brought them back to the store the day after in exchange for something else. I would say just tell them. That's what we did. And also, our family and friends were lost on what to get them because of this request so we told them just to get books, kid-friendly puzzles, educational toys, wooden blocks, etc. My sister lives in Europe and recently visited and she gave my kids their Christmas presents. She gave our boys a wooden activity cube and our infant daughter a handstitched skirt. Clothes are great too!

Congratulations on your little one!

These rooms are so gorgeous! We are re-doing our son's bedroom and are thinking about throwing some orange in there. These rooms are definitely inspiration!

That is so funny because my 3 year old son was Stewie for his first Halloween (he was 11 months) and my twins this year are going to be Cousin Eddie and Clark (they are 1). I love the Nitro!

Our oldest (3 year old) son is Dax, just Dax. A lof of family and friends were skeptics when we told them his name before he was born but they loved it once they saw it on him. I guess it is pretty hispter/city chic but we just liked it, not because of it's "classifications". His middle name Sayer was for my MIL's maiden name. With our twins Elliot Gene and Orson Malachi we felt like we wanted to honor family a bit more. Elliot was for Elizabeth Antonia; my grandmother. Gene was for Eugene; Elizabeth's husband. Orson was for my husband's father John Orlon. Malachi was for my sisters late infant son Machi. Once we had our sweet daughter we decided to go completely feminine. She ended up being named Fiona Allegra but we call her Fia.

So in all, Dax Sayer, Elliot Gene, Orson Malachi and Fiona Allegra. I am not quite sure but I think we may fit in the classic/vintage/city chic/retro/modern/old fashioned category?

We just wanted names that would age well and that are cute right now. I think we did pretty awesome!

We have 4 children. Ages 3, 1, 1 & 8 weeks. For our oldest we got a Graco Metrolite but in the matter of a month I already hated the thing. We tried to take it back but the store wouldn't accept it so we sold it on Craigslist and we purchased the Peg Perego Pliko P3 which we loved. When our son was 10 months old my husband bought the Bugaboo Frog and we sold our Peg Perego. I loved the Bugaboo but got tired of lugging it everywhere so we got a Maclaren Triumph for little errands and such. A little after our son turned 1 we got pregnant with the twins and I agreed to sell both the Maclaren and the Bugaboo in exchange for a BOB Revolution because my husband so badly wanted one (don't ask me why...haha). Once the twins were born we got a Peg Perego Triplette and a Combi Twin Sport. We still have the BOB, The Triplette, the Combi and have also aquired a Maclaren Volo. Once our first daughter came into the mix we cracked and bought the Foundations 4 Passenger monster err I mean stroller haha. We are giving our Triplette to my cousin, we are selling the BOB to a family friend and the Combi is going to a nice family we know that can't afford a stroller for their 1 and 2 year olds. The Maclaren we are keeping and we are getting two used Phil and Ted Sport Strollers. I definitely miss a lot of those single strollers but there is no longer a point with our pack of children, haha.
