If you want to do this right just use a tile saw. nice clean cuts with no chipping, and then come back and round off the edges with and emery cloth or small grinding wheel. If your going to do it do it right not half ass! Craft Beer Bottle Tumbler DIY Stylelist |

I have also seen it done by placing the vinyl between two pieces of glass and putting it outside on a sunny day and letting nature do the work. you just have to watch it and not over heat it. How Can I Fix a Warped Record? Good Questions |
