Apparantly buying a Toto is a "crap" shoot. I spent my $400 for a fancy Promenade, and it runs continuously. My contractor changed the flushing mechanism twice. It can't be fixed. Mr Wick, when I spend $400 on a toilet, I expect it to work! I'm not intending to fix it. That's absurd! I'm intending on putting the piece of crap in the alley and buying a Kohler - or put back my 75 year old american standard that always worked. STAY AWAY FROM TOTO! Unless you love to gamble with your hard earned money.
