The stairs to our lower level are the only flooring surface that has not been redone in the last 5 years. The carpet that is there now was put down when we moved in 17 years ago. Now with 2 cats and 2 dogs you can imagine it's condition!! Somehow this area just seem to get forgotten, except when you have to walk up or down it.
