The biggest problem that you face is that you are trying to fit a normal amount of stuff in a tiny space. From someone who dreams about building her own tiny house, take it from me that you need to get out of the notion of regular furniture and start thinking about functionality. If it's just you, get rid of the bed. Like mentioned above, invest in high quality sleeper sofa. There are so many "not-your-mother's" sleeper sofas out there now, you don't have to sacrifice design or comfort. Put the tv on the wall to save floor space. If you really want a coffee table, get one with storage. As for the table, if you sacrifice the queen size bed, you'll probably have room for a small table. Use shelving o your advantage, when you cant go out, go up! I agree that this place needs color, it will really brighten up the place. one thing I learned is that in small spaces, don't use ultra bold/bright colors. Still you color, but bold/bright colors tend to make places look smaller. Also, use the same color though out the room. Don't do different wall different colors, this will also make it look smaller.

I love love love you kitchen! The open shelving and loft bed are very cool. I'd like to see bright white and bright colors to accent, I think it would open it up a lot more. Use white paint to paint the cabinets, underside/sides of loft, and island. Use white tile for the counters and a backsplash of blue tiles (slightly lighter than those blue glasses) (maybe an occasional orange tile in the mix.) I love the open beams on the ceiling, the white wall and loft would accent those a lot better. Also paint the seats of those two chairs white. I really think having white being the main color with accent everything else. As cute as it is right now, it looks cluttery: light brown, dark brown, grey, white, black, blue, orange. you can make it more simple (and open) with it being white, blue, orange, black (from appliances). It would be fun to see an after photo!
