For the veggie option I have made a version of my own dumplings that is practically an exact template of the one above and I always used tofu instead of meat. I just stick it in an oscar as if I am shredding cabbage and add it in rather than meat and takes all the flavours and adds protein. My kids never even knew they weren't eating ground meat!!!

For dusty yellowing the best thing to do is photocopy in color and you don't have to worry about ruining precious art and yellowing takes much longer I found. I have actually used paper clamps to hang some large black and white photos which were given to me from a photographer friend and it was a really cool industrial look
