I love love love this apartment,..I'm amazed how small it is but it doesn't look that small. I'm in the process myself of looking for an apt. in South Beach and I've seen some at 500 sq. ft., something impossible for me to even consider so this is amazing at how it looks! All small apartments depend on their own particular layout and this one is really fabulous!!

I LOVE, NO MAKE THAT I ADORE THIS APARTMENT. NOT TOO MUCH IN THIS PLACE AT ALL,..PLACEMENT IS PERFECT, COLOR IS FABULOUS, VERY BOHEMIAN CHIC, ARTSY, LOVE THIS PLACE! Benny, can I move in with you?? lol...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Novogratz. June can't come fast enough to see their new show! This couple is amazing with all their sense of style for both homes and businesses. And, I have to say Bob's fashion sense is as fabulous as his home designs! Love this guy's clothes! His hats are fab too!!

My mother had a dresser like the Dorothy Draper one. To achive this look you must have steady hands or it will become a mess!

When I read 'pre-war' buildings it comes to mind that I'm going to see the same or similar designs that match the outside of these magnificant old buildings. BUT, when I see these contemporary designs inside it makes me so sick I can throw up all over it! I know its all a matter of taste, but theres not one unit left in the state of New York that hasn't been ruined by all this re-designing of what most people think is 'now'. It's so sad to walk into these apts and not see past designs of a bygone era. Even with current updates that all homes need sooner or later, it just looks like cookie cutter homes with massive stainless steal and granite with no warmth, individuality or a mind of its own. The need to preserve a fabulous style from the time it was built is so terribly needed and too sad to see dull, predictible and blahsay crap inside is truly a crime.

Miami Beach is the best place to live, and 900 sq. ft. is not bad. Love this apt.

I LOVE THIS APT. IT HAS MY NAME ALL OVER IT. LOVE THE CHARMING ARCHITECHTUAL DESIGN, THE BEDRM/SITTING ROOM IS LOVELY, ...CAN I MOVE IN WITH YOU??

This is a great apartment, those floors are amazing but, sorry to say, they don't know a thing about decor and decorating. I'm surprized Maxwell let this one out! If you need an 'office' space then find one, but NOT in front of the fireplace, working or not. I love red exposed brick but in this apt. I think I would paint it white and just do it differently in a whole nicer way. There isn't one thing I can say I like about the way this couple 'decorated' this apartment. The cat on the other hand IS the cutest!

I love when pet owners include their beautiful and wonderful pets into their 'events'. The face on that bull dog is the cutest. Peaches is ready to eat just like the guests are but I would serve her first.

Love the cat, kiss him/her for me!!
