Personally, I had to come to grips with the fact that I'm a snacker. I like to graze! It's a bit of an oral fixation, I guess. At first I tried just getting rid of all snacks. Now I snack smart. I make a miso compound butter that is amazing on everything. With some miso, lemon juice and zest, and some softened butter, this is how I like to finish a piece of pan-seared salmon.
