I bought the West Elm duvet and took it back a couple weeks later because the stitching at the pintucks kept ripping. I'd pick up a pillow and hear a rip, or straighten the duvet and hear it rip. The fabric is just not strong enough for the treatment. When I took it back, the lady helping me wasn't surprised, and said had she helped me buy it, she wouldn't have recommended it for a master bedroom that gets daily use. Bummer because it was beautiful and my husband even liked it. I'd love to find one a little better quality for a similar price, but I don't think that is going to happen!
