I cut up some chicken breasts, or use tenders, add a little olive oil and a chopped scallion, shake it up and let it sit all day in the fridge. Then I saute the chicken. You can add a little heat while it's cooking to give it the spicy Thai peanut flavor.

My husband and I collect dirt or sand from our travels too. We display them in small jars (usually old spice jars or baby food containers) in our china cabinet. They used to be lined in the center of our dining room table until my mother almost mistook them for spices and tried to sprinkle some on her chicken. The china cabinet is a safer place.
