I don't know, but it seems as if the world is cycling out of control. No one seems to respect his neighbor. Our neighbor had two pit bulls, but now has 3 extra(I don't know what kind of mutts) that live with him in his apartment. He sells drugs on his bike, has all sorts of weird people in and out buying (selling?) drugs. I've told the police, but they do nothing; he and other neighbors up and down a very upscale neighborhood put their poop in our trash containers and walk off; when I asked one in what universe did she think that smell was okay in someone else's home, she said our nasty,. drug selling neighbor does it. Wow! I'm so angry I feel like retaliating, but I don't know how.
